About the Role
Gaj Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, be able to handle labor and contractors, maintain quality standards, and ensure work is completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Check quality of work and maintain construction standards.
- Ensure all safety rules and site regulations are followed.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Vendors.
- Monitor material usage and report material requirements.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.
- Identify site issues and take corrective actions quickly.
- Verify completed work and maintain proper site records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC work, and finishing work.
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
