Aifer Education, Kerala’s leading institute for competitive exam coaching, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Lead to drive admissions, lead the sales team, and strengthen our student outreach initiatives.
Role Highlights:
- Lead and guide the admissions & sales team to achieve targets
- Drive student enquiries, conversions, and admission growth
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading sales teams
- Experience in EdTech or service sector will be preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and conversion skills
Preference is given to Candidates from Kerala
Location: Chevayur, Calicut
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Second Saturday & Sundays Off)
