Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer with strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft, API Management, ESB concepts, and enterprise integration design. The candidate should be able to design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support scalable APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Build REST/SOAP APIs using RAML/OpenAPI, JSON, XML, HTTP, MQ, and SOA principles.
Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals, policies, and analytics using MuleSoft API Manager.
Implement API-led connectivity patterns across Experience, Process, and System APIs.
Develop transformations using DataWeave.
Work with Mule connectors including HTTP, Database, File/SFTP, MQ, Anypoint MQ, Salesforce/SAP/third-party connectors.
Implement API security including SSL, mTLS, OAuth, SAML, Basic Auth, and policy-based security.
Work on CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, VPC, and Dedicated Load Balancer (DLB) configurations.
Implement reusable frameworks, common error handling, logging, retry, and exception strategies.
Perform unit testing using MUnit and support automation/performance testing using JMeter.
Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Git, Maven, Azure DevOps, AWS/Azure pipelines, or GitLab.
Troubleshoot integration issues and support performance tuning, scalability, and production stability.
Collaborate with clients, architects, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and partner application teams.
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and design reviews.
Required Skills
4–7 years of IT experience with strong hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
Strong knowledge of Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, Design Center, and Anypoint Monitoring.
Excellent understanding of ESB concepts, API-led connectivity, SOA, REST, SOAP, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, RAML/OpenAPI.
Strong hands-on experience with DataWeave 2.0.
Experience implementing API Manager policies, proxy endpoints, API portals, and API analytics.
Strong understanding of security implementations including SSL/mTLS, OAuth, SAML, authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, VPC, and DLB.
Hands-on experience with Anypoint MQ is mandatory.
Knowledge of MUnit, JMeter, Jenkins, CI/CD, Azure/AWS DevOps pipelines.
Good to Have
MuleSoft Developer Certification.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Kafka, IBM MQ, or other enterprise systems.
Exposure to Kubernetes / Runtime Fabric administration.
Experience in observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Anypoint Monitoring.
Soft Skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate with technology partners, testing, architecture, and business teams.
