Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead our Noida sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving branch revenue, managing large sales teams, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales and team management and must be capable of handling multiple teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall sales operations of the Noida branch
- Manage and mentor Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants
- Handle a team strength of 20–50+ sales professionals
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth
- Monitor lead conversion, site visits, bookings, and closures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, and HR teams
- Ensure smooth branch operations and target achievement

Experience Required:
- 7–12 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Minimum 3–5 years of Branch Head / Sales Leadership experience
- Experience managing 20+ team members is mandatory
Mandatory Requirement:
- Strong experience in team handling and branch management
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets
- Experience in managing Team Leaders and Sales Managers
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry only
Preferred Profile:
- Strong knowledge of the Noida, Greater Noida, and NCR real estate market
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales
- Candidates with an existing high-performing team will be preferred
Compensation:
Salary: ₹10 LPA – ₹16 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
