Key Responsibilities
- Manage the school reception desk, attend visitor and parent queries, handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, and ensure a positive front-office experience.
- Maintain student records, admission documents, transfer certificates, attendance records, and other school-related documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, transport, accounts, and academic departments for smooth day-to-day school operations.
- Support the admission process.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports, MIS, inventories, vendor records, circulars, notices, and official correspondence.
- Assist in organizing school events, PTMs, examinations, workshops, inspections, audits, and other school activities.
- Manage office supplies, housekeeping coordination, courier dispatches, vendor follow-ups, and general administrative support functions.
- Maintain student and staff databases on the School ERP and ensure timely updating of records and reports.
- Support the Principal and School Management with administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and coordination requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and School ERP systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
