Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Passive Network to oversee and manage structured cabling and passive network infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work:
- Manage end-to-end execution of structured cabling and passive network projects
- Supervise installation, routing, and termination of cables (LAN & OFC)
- Ensure proper termination and labeling of network points
- Handle OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) laying, splicing, and outlet management
- Design and implement raceway systems (cable trays, conduits, trunking, etc.)
- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and resolve on-site issues effectively
- Perform and oversee testing using Fluke tester and OFC testing equipment (OTDR, power meter, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in structured cabling and passive networking
- Strong knowledge of:
- Structured cabling systems
- Cable termination techniques
- OFC cable installation and management
- Raceway design and implementation
- Site survey and BOQ preparation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Fluke testing machines
- OFC testing tools (OTDR, Power Meter)
- Good project management and team handling skills
- Ability to read network diagrams and layout drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in handling multiple sites/projects
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel to project locations
- Ability to work under deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹536,822.98 - ₹802,389.94 per year
