Position: Nursing Faculty / Nursing Tutor
Organization: Delhi Health Care Institute (DHCI)
Job Summary
DHCI is seeking a qualified and dedicated Nursing Faculty member to deliver high-quality nursing education through both online and offline modes. The candidate will be responsible for academic instruction, clinical guidance, lecture recording, and effective utilization of digital teaching platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical classes in both online and offline modes as per the academic schedule.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and question banks.
Record lectures and maintain a repository of video lectures for student access and revision.
Utilize online teaching platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or LMS portals for conducting classes.
Use digital teaching tools including PowerPoint, smart boards, screen recording software, quizzes, and interactive learning applications.
Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress in both online and classroom settings.
Conduct internal assessments, assignments, practical examinations, and viva sessions.
Provide academic counseling, mentorship, and support to students.
Supervise students during clinical postings and practical demonstrations.
Maintain academic records, attendance registers, and course documentation.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, admissions counseling, and institutional activities.
Ensure compliance with university, INC, KNC, and institutional guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
M.Sc. Nursing preferred; B.Sc. Nursing may be considered as per institutional requirements.
Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
Prior teaching experience is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, online teaching platforms, and lecture recording tools.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of nursing subjects and clinical practices.
Ability to manage both online and offline classrooms effectively.
Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning methodologies.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
