Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and experienced IIT Foundation Teachers in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to train students from Grades 6–10 with strong conceptual learning and early preparation for IIT-JEE and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex concepts, develop problem-solving skills, and build strong analytical thinking among students.
Foundation programs usually integrate school curriculum with competitive exam preparation, helping students develop conceptual clarity and logical reasoning from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics concepts aligned with CBSE curriculum and IIT foundation syllabus.
- Develop concept-based teaching methods and problem-solving strategies.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Prepare students for Olympiads, NTSE, and early IIT-JEE foundation programs.
- Encourage analytical thinking and competitive exam orientation.
- Use digital tools, smart boards, and modern teaching techniques to enhance learning.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics or related field
- B.Ed preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years teaching experience (IIT Foundation / JEE / Olympiad coaching preferred)
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
