Job SummaryWe are seeking a sharp, highly disciplined Assistant Brand Manager with a strong scientific background to join our corporate office. This is not a soft marketing role. You will act as the core bridge between our advanced R&D / QC Labs and our digital markets, managing product research, FSSAI government compliance, and social media branding.An ideal candidate must possess an "Owner’s Mindset" (Intrapreneurship), thrive under direct accountability, and respect strict workplace discipline.Core Responsibilities & Daily Duties
- Market Research & New Products: Conduct aggressive research on competitors to find and propose high-demand product concepts for our factory to manufacture.
- FSSAI Compliance: Take full charge of government food/pharma safety rules. Verify that all product packaging, ingredient labels, and health claims are 100% legally compliant.
- Preparing DTM Files: Compile and prepare Document Technical Management (DTM) files, product portfolios, and technical dossiers required for B2B corporate clients.
- R&D Team Support: Collaborate directly with our laboratory scientists to translate complex chemical formulas into attractive, commercial product brochures.
- Social Media & Amazon A+ Content: Manage our professional social media handles (LinkedIn & Instagram) and design premium, high-converting product listings/banners for e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory)
- Education: Master’s Degree (M.Sc / M.Tech) in Food Technology, Pharma (M.Pharm), or a PhD in a related scientific discipline is strictly mandatory. (An added MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in technical branding, product management, or regulatory affairs within the Food, Pharma, or Nutraceutical factory sectors.
- Skills: Strong understanding of FSSAI guidelines, dossier preparation, digital content tools, and advanced MS Excel.
