Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Placement Executive to assist students in securing job opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, coordinating placement drives, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements.
- Identify job opportunities suitable for students based on their skills and courses.
- Coordinate campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Schedule interviews between students and employers.
- Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career development.
- Track student placement records and maintain placement databases.
- Follow up with employers regarding interview feedback and joining status.
- Meet placement targets and ensure maximum student placements.
- Coordinate with training and academic teams to understand students' skill levels.
- Prepare placement reports and maintain recruitment documentation.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to achieve placement targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Placement, or Career Services (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in student placement, recruitment consultancy, or educational institutes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of students placed every month.
- Number of employer tie-ups.
- Interview-to-placement conversion rate.
- Employer and student satisfaction.
- Timely coordination of placement activities.
