We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and execute our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, performance, product, and lifecycle marketing channels.
The Marketing Director will lead a high-performing marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and achieve business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
- Own annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on go-to-market initiatives and company positioning.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, email marketing, and other growth channels.
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing programs to increase conversions and customer lifetime value.
- Monitor marketing ROI and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Brand & Communications
- Develop and strengthen the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Oversee content strategy, public relations, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all customer-facing communications and marketing materials.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing managers, specialists, designers, and external agencies.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance expectations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPL, MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Utilize analytics platforms and CRM data to make informed decisions.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Support product launches, customer retention programs, and market expansion efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand strategy, and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, Technology, B2B, or DTC industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- MBA or advanced marketing certifications are a plus.
