Job Description: Career Advisor (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with candidates and understand their career goals, skills, and requirements.
- Provide career guidance and suggest suitable opportunities based on candidate profiles.
- Explain course, career, or job-related information clearly and professionally.
- Handle candidate queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Build trust and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates.
- Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate support.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/tools.
- Ability to understand customer/candidate needs.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
