Business Development Team Building & Management

Should possess Excellent Communication & Analytical skills
Must have experience of international IT client generation
Empowering employee sales skills to achieve targeted sales
Identifying good leads, Negotiating and closing business relationships
Maintain regular contact with key client
Responsible for making RFP’s, Estimation, calling & mailing
Have expertise on bidding portals (Upwork, Guru etc)
Excellent Communication skills
Cold Calling, Email, Direct marketing
Self-ability to manage marketing and using creative ways and strategy for sales and marketing
Must have knowledge of basic IT skills especially (PHP)
