About the Role
The Abode is seeking a talented Architect with strong design sensibilities, excellent technical drawing capabilities, and advanced 3D visualization skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing design concepts, preparing detailed construction drawings, and producing high-quality SketchUp and Lumion visualizations for corporate, commercial, and institutional interior projects and landscape projects.
This role requires a balanced combination of creativity, technical expertise, and visualization skills to support projects from concept development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development
- Develop innovative and functional interior and landscape design concepts.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and conceptual design proposals.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
- Participate in design discussions and client presentations.
- Review drawings for constructability and site implementation.
3D Modeling & Visualization
- Create accurate and detailed 3D models using SketchUp.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings using Lumion.
- Apply materials, lighting, furniture, and landscape elements to enhance visualization quality.
- Update models and renderings based on design revisions and client feedback.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, furniture details, and joinery details.
- Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and site execution requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and execution standards.
Material & Vendor Coordination
- Research materials, finishes, and products suitable for project requirements.
- Assist in preparing material specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical information and product selection.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in commercial, hospitality, or institutional interior and landscape projects preferred.

Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience, technical proficiency, and visualization portfolio).
