Experience in high speed digital / analog / RF board design, implementation, bring up and debugging
Proficient in use of PCB design tools - OrCAD, Allegro / PADS / Xpedition
Experience in designing with one or more of high performance processors - PowerPC / Intel Core, x86 / ARM / MIPS, Network Processors, Switch Fabrics, FPGAs
Experience in designing with high speed ADCs, DACs, Signal conditioning circuits, high performance Micro-controllers
Familiarity with high speed memory / peripheral interconnects - DDR 2/3/4, Flash, SDIO, PCI, PCIe, USB 2/3, SPI, HDMI, DP, SATA, etc.
Familiarity with network interfaces - Ethernet / GPON / xDSL / WiFi / GSM / Bluetooth / Zigbee
Experience in generating PCB Layout guidelines and closely interfacing with PCB Design team
Familiarity with PCB simulation process and tools such as Hyperlynx, Xpedition, etc.
Conversant with usage of hardware test equipment: High speed DSO, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzers, Traffic Generators, etc.
Familiarity in Quality Process and Configuration Management tools
Good oral and written communication skills
