Position Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and aggressively expanding our network of dealers, system integrators, and institutional clients across region. This role requires a perfect blend of traditional channel management and a modern, data-driven approach to sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout, onboard, and manage a robust network of channel partners, dealers, and distributors to increase market penetration for our interactive panels and smart classroom products.
- Take full ownership of the Tricity and Punjab, conducting regular market audits to track dealer counts, competitor positioning, and untapped regional opportunities.
- Direct outreach to educational institutions, corporate offices, and government bodies to showcase and secure large-scale smart technology contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to utilize digital tools to optimize sales funnels, track lead generation, and implement structured, data-driven calling campaigns.
- Maintain deep, long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring they receive the necessary technical product knowledge, marketing collateral, and sales support.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide clear, accurate pipeline forecasts and regional performance reports to top management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or B2B Sales, ideally within the Educational Technology (EdTech), AV integration, smart electronics, or IT hardware sectors.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape and existing dealer networks in assigned region.
- Familiarity with modern data analytics tools, CRM software, and digital lead-generation metrics to support a systematic sales process.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to pitch complex hardware and software integrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories to build face-to-face rapport with dealers and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
