Job Summary
We are hiring experienced AR Callers / Accounts Receivable Executives for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Medical Billing, Insurance Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and Accounts Receivable (AR) with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Perform Insurance Follow-up (AR Calling) to resolve unpaid, denied, underpaid, and rejected claims.
- Analyze claim status and take appropriate actions for maximum reimbursement.
- Handle Denial Management by identifying denial reasons and initiating appeals or corrections.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and reduce AR aging.
- Work on claim re-submissions, reconsiderations, and appeals.
- Update claim status and call notes accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal Medical Billing and Coding teams to resolve claim issues.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow client-specific guidelines.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR Calling).
- Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Healthcare Claims.
- Experience in Insurance Verification, Claim Status, Denial Management, Payment Follow-up, and Appeals.
- Good understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, PPO, HMO, and other US insurance payers.
- Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Physician Billing, Hospital Billing, or Dental Billing.
- Knowledge of payment posting and medical coding is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹9,000,000.00 per year
