Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic HR Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills, along with the ability to handle volume/bulk hiring and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
· Handle hiring for IT and Non-IT roles across multiple domains
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
· Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
· Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements and hiring plans
· Drive bulk/volume hiring campaigns, including walk-in drives
· Ensure closures within defined TAT
· Handle offer negotiation and candidate engagement
· Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills:
· Understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring
· Experience in volume/bulk hiring (preferred for senior roles)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
· Knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
