he F&B Team Leader is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the cinema's food and beverage department, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality, managing staff, and achieving sales targets while following hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the café, snack counter, and concession area.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of F&B Associates.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety guidelines.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Monitor wastage and implement cost-control measures.
- Handle cash, billing, POS transactions, and end-of-day reports.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Train new employees on SOPs, customer service, and food handling procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, and theatre operations for smooth workflow.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and upselling objectives.
- Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.
