Responsibilities
- Supervise bar operations to ensure consistent service quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and support bartenders and bar staff on beverage preparation, hygiene, equipment use, and service protocols.
- Monitor inventory, requisitions, and stock control to ensure operational continuity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service regulations (HACCP).
- Analyze guest feedback and address service issues to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, and special events to achieve revenue targets.
Experience and skills desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory bar role within hotels or similar establishments.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service standards, and mixology.
- Proven leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Salary +Accommodation
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
