Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree Experience in collections / finance / chit funds preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of accounts and records Ability to work in field and travel locally Key Responsibilities Contact customers for due and overdue payments Visit clients (field work) for collection when required Maintain accurate records of collections and pending dues Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments Handle customer queries related to payments Coordinate with internal teams for account updates Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines Support the sales team as required to achieve overall business targets Additional Requirements Two-wheeler with valid license Willingness for field work
