About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design & Video Editing Faculty to join our team. This position is ideal for freshers who have a strong interest in graphic design, video editing, and teaching.
The selected candidate will be responsible for training students in industry-relevant design and video editing software and helping them develop practical, job-oriented skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and engaging classes for students in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Teach students through hands-on projects and real-world assignments.
- Explain design concepts, tools, workflows, and industry practices in a simple and effective manner.
- Guide students in creating posters, social media creatives, brochures, branding materials, promotional videos, reels, and other creative projects.
- Provide feedback and help students improve their design and editing skills.
- Prepare practical assignments, exercises, and project work.
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Assist students with portfolio development and practical career preparation.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong practical knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Candidates with a portfolio or academic/project work are preferred.
- A degree/diploma/certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Video Editing, or a related field is an advantage.
