Design and implement HR strategies for retail employees and store teams.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
Develop employee communication and recognition programs.
Create HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements suitable for retail operations.
Conduct regular store visits and coordinate with branch managers.
Provide ideas for:
Incentive programs
Employee wellness activities
Learning & development initiatives
Leadership and grooming sessions
Customer service culture building
Monitor implementation progress and provide improvement recommendations.
Analyze employee feedback and suggest corrective actions.
Support management in building a productive and positive work environment.
Required Skills
