Experience:
- Articleship: Pursuing CA (Articleship in Audit domain)
- Audit Executives: 2–6 years in CA firm
- Senior / Managerial Roles: 6–15 years in Audit & Assurance
- Prior experience in CA firm mandatory
Qualifications:
- CA (Qualified / Semi-qualified / Articleship)
- B.Com/ M.Com (Audit background preferred)
- Inter CA / CMA (relevant audit exposure preferred)
Key Responsibilities (Audit & Assurance):
- Statutory audits of listed and unlisted companies
- Internal audits, tax audits & limited reviews
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements (AS / Ind AS)
- Audit documentation, working papers & compliance review
- Risk assessment and internal control evaluation
- Financial statement analysis and reporting
- Coordination with clients and regulatory authorities
- Ensuring audit quality and adherence to standards
Note: Responsibilities will vary based on designation and experience level.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Audit, Accounting Standards & Financial Reporting
- Practical exposure to Statutory / Internal Audits
- Proficiency in Tally, Advance Excel, and audit documentation tools
- Drafting skills for audit reports and notes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple audit assignments
