Portfolio Management:
Oversee collections for unsecured salaried loan portfolios (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, etc.) across the region, ensuring bucket-wise performance targets are met.
Delinquency & Recovery Strategy:
Drive early, mid, and late bucket collections through structured strategies to control roll rates and reduce NPAs.
Team Management:
Lead and manage Area/Cluster Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and field collections teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Agency Management:
Onboard, train, and monitor collection agencies; ensure productivity, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key metrics such as resolution rates, roll forward %, collection efficiency, and bounce cases; take corrective actions.
Customer Handling & Resolution:
Ensure sensitive handling of salaried segment customers, including negotiation, settlements, and grievance resolution.
Legal & Recovery Actions:
Coordinate with legal teams for escalation cases, including recoveries, settlements, and write-off accounts.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and ethical collection practices.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze MIS reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; present actionable insights to senior management.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with Risk, Credit, Sales, Ops, and Legal teams to improve portfolio quality and prevent delinquencies.
