Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records. Record purchase and sales invoices in the accounting system. Process payments and receipts. Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts. Prepare GST-related documents and support statutory compliance. Maintain petty cash records and expense reports. Assist in payroll and employee reimbursement processing. Organize and file financial documents. Support the accountant during audits and financial reporting. Perform general administrative tasks related to the accounts department.
