Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, promoting electrical products, generating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes handling inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and maintaining showroom displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote and sell electrical products such as switches, wires, cables, lighting, fans, MCBs, DBs, home automation products, and other electrical accessories.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the showroom.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Support promotional activities and showroom events.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate .
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or electrical product sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Billing Software).
- Product presentation skills.
