Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Operate the Property Management System (Hotelogix) for guest registration, billing, room allocation, and reports.
- Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily Front Office reports.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions as per company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office operations in a hotel.
- Hands-on experience with Hotelogix PMS is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
