About Think Brick
Think Brick is a growing architecture, interior design, and construction firm based in Coimbatore
with a showroom and experience center offering design consultations, modular and loose furniture,
and full-home interior solutions.
The Role
We're looking for a sales representative who can convert showroom visitors and inbound leads into
signed projects. You'll be the first point of contact for clients exploring our furniture, interiors, and
construction services. This is equal parts relationship-building and closing.
What You'll Do
- Engage with walk-in customers and inbound enquiries at the showroom
- Understand client requirements and present relevant products and services
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through to conversion
- Coordinate with the design team for consultations and quotations
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors, furniture, real estate, or home
improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with consultative selling — understanding needs before pitching
- Presentable, confident, and self-motivated
- English and Tamil fluency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
