We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Identify potential clients and understand their marketing requirements.
- Schedule meetings and present the agency's digital marketing services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Keep CRM and sales records updated.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services company.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling.
