- Drafting Documents: Draft, review, and finalize sale deeds, lease agreements, mortgage deeds, and builder-buyer agreements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all real estate projects comply with local zoning laws, municipal regulations, and real estate acts (such as RERA).
- Litigation Support: Assist senior counsel in drafting plaints, written statements, and legal notices for property disputes.
