We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Botany Lecturer to teach students in the field of Botany. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students while preparing them for academic excellence and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Botany.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions and laboratory demonstrations.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
- Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Botany and teaching methodologies.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and academic events.
- Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Botany (Mandatory)
- NET/SET/Ph.D. preferred (as per institutional requirements)
- B.Ed. is an added advantage (if applicable).
Experience
- 0–5 years of teaching experience in colleges, universities, or coaching institutes.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply.
