Marketing Manager – Transformer Manufacturing
Location: Ahmedabad / Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 15–20 Years
Salary: ₹18 LPA (depending on experience & interview)
Qualification: BE/B.Tech + MBA (Marketing preferred)

Job Description:
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for transformer products.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers, OEMs, EPC companies, utilities and industrial clients.
- Handle sales enquiries, techno-commercial discussions, quotations and negotiations.
- Develop new markets and customers and increase market share.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Drive sales targets and ensure enquiry-to-order conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle tendering, commercial negotiations and order closure.
- Lead and guide the marketing/sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and market development plans.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Transformer Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Power/Distribution Transformers and Electrical Equipment.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Good network with Utilities, EPCs, OEMs, DISCOMs and Industrial Customers.
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in tendering and techno-commercial activities.
