Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term customer relationships. As a Customer Success Associate, you will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth service delivery, prompt issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating service requests, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional support throughout their journey with Junk It Out.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with service bookings, scheduling, rescheduling, and service-related requests.
- Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure timely completion of waste collection and pickup services.
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate operational issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service updates, and interaction logs within company systems.
- Collect and document customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute ideas to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations.
- Prepare periodic reports related to customer interactions, service issues, and feedback trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Operations Support, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, logistics, operations, service-based businesses, or startup environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools.
- Knowledge of local languages such as Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil is an advantage.

Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
Pay: ₹10,595.36 - ₹46,616.54 per month
