Role Summary
Lead and oversee finance operations, ensuring robust financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls within a dynamic BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting: GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Oversee BPO-specific finance operations: billing, revenue recognition, and cost allocation
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
- Partner with leadership for insights and decision support
- Lead and develop the finance team
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting & taxation
- Experience in BPO/ITES finance operations
