Job Title: MEP Contracts Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle MEP tendering and contract management.
- Prepare BOQs, RFQs, and comparative statements.
- Evaluate technical and commercial bids.
- Negotiate with vendors and finalize work orders.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
- Review contractor bills and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor contract execution and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual terms.
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Location :Goregoan (East)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: 5+years in MEP Contracts within Real Estate/Construction.
Skills:
MEP Contracts, Tendering, Procurement, BOQ, Vendor Management, Contract Administration, Cost Estimation, Billing, Negotiation, MS Excel, ERP/SAP (preferred).
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
