Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle administrative coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and transfer to concerned departments
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Maintain office records and basic documentation
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Presentable personality and polite behavior
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
