Role Overview
We are looking for a 3+ years of experience for Power BI Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling. The role includes building interactive reports, supporting financial reporting, and working with Microsoft Fabric, ETL pipelines, and automation tools to deliver reliable end-to-end data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build efficient data models and write advanced DAX (MTD, YTD, KPIs)
- Support financial reporting (P&L, variance analysis)
- Design and manage ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Pipelines)
- Work with Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Data Lake
- Transform and integrate data using SQL & Power Query
- Automate workflows using Power Automate
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security (RLS)
Required Skills
- Power BI (Primary skill) – Desktop & Service
- Advanced DAX and data modeling
- Strong SQL & data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines)
- ETL/Data Engineering understanding
- Experience in financial reporting (P&L, MTD/YTD, variance)
