Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B sales and business development of housekeeping cleaning chemicals and air freshener products. The role requires building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new B2B business opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote and sell housekeeping cleaning chemicals and air freshener products to commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cleaning chemicals, housekeeping products, FMCG, facility management, or related industries.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
