We are hiring a Web Accessibility Report QA Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in accessibility testing, audit validation, and quality assurance of accessibility reports.
Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating web accessibility audit reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with WCAG standards before client delivery.
Key Responsibilities Perform QA review of web accessibility audit reports and remediation documentation Validate WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA compliance findings for websites and web applications
Review accessibility defects identified through manual and automated testingVerify issue descriptions, severity levels, screenshots, code references, and remediation guidance
Ensure consistency and quality across accessibility deliverables, including VPAT/ACR documents Collaborate with accessibility auditors, developers, and project stakeholders Maintain high editorial and reporting standards for client-ready deliverables Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of experience in web accessibility testing or accessibility QA Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA guidelines Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as axe Dev Tools, Lighthouse, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS, Voice Over, and Accessibility Insights Experience performing both automated and manual accessibility testing Good understanding of HTML, CSS, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen reader accessibility
Strong analytical, documentation review, and communication skills Experience reviewing accessibility reports, audit findings, or compliance documentation Preferred Qualifications Experience with VPAT/ACR validation Familiarity with ADA, Section 508, or EN 301 549 requirements Accessibility certifications are an added advantage
