Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Production planning and process improvement
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/5S
- MS Excel and ERP knowledge
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
