Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
- Understand customer requirements (usage, quantity, timelines)
- Provide basic product guidance (fabric, pricing structure, branding options)
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final sales closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates to customers
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
- Ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in customer support or sales is a plus
Salary: Rs.12,000 to 16,000/- + Incentive
