Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Visit clients and business partners as a company representative when required.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Strong passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and target-oriented personality.
- Quick learner with willingness to learn new skills and products.
- Good follow-up, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits when required.
