Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Wine Maker to support the wine production process. The candidate will work closely with the head winemaker to ensure quality production, proper fermentation, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the complete wine production process from crushing to bottling
- Monitor fermentation and maintain proper temperature and quality standards
- Handle raw material inspection including grapes and other ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production area and equipment
- Support in blending, filtering, and storage of wine
- Maintain production records and quality logs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Coordinate with operations and production teams
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of winemaking and fermentation process
- Understanding of quality control and hygiene standards
- Ability to handle production equipment and tools
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Team player with good coordination skills
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Food Technology, Fermentation Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant hands-on experience in winery or beverage production

- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should be willing to work at Taloja, Panvel
