Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer queries via phone
- Provide information about financial services and appointment details
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with customers for confirmations and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi , Kannada )
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
