Online Order Handling : Monitor incoming online orders, verify product details, and manage the order fulfillment process accurately.
Customer Handling (In-Store & Online) : Greet and assist walk-in customers, helping them find sizes, styles, and answering questions about our collections. Respond politely and promptly to online customer inquiries via social media, chat, or WhatsApp regarding stock availability, sizing, and shipping updates.
Order Packing : Carefully fold, quality-check, and pack clothing items nicely according to our brand standards to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully to online buyers.
Store Maintenance : Keep the retail floor organized, neatly folded, and visually appealing. Help monitor stock levels for both the shop floor and online inventory.
