An account executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting work, maintaining financial records, and supporting smooth business operations.
- Maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries in accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle cash, bank, and petty cash transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts.
- Prepare GST data, e-way bills, and support taxation work.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of bills and vouchers.
- Assist during audits and compliance activities.
- Monitor stock/account-related entries and verify data accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
