Salary Structure
- ₹10,000 per month upon achieving a minimum sales target of ₹1,00,000.
- ₹20,000 per month upon achieving a minimum sales target of ₹2,00,000.
- Salary is performance-based and will be paid according to the target achieved during the evaluation period.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Intern to join our Business Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Client Communication, Business Development, and Sales Conversion while working with real clients.
Job Summary
The Sales Intern will be responsible for generating qualified leads, contacting prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining the company's services, maintaining regular follow-ups, and supporting the conversion of prospects into customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to build a career in Business Development and Client Acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and business development activities.
- Contact prospective clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Explain the company's digital marketing, website development, AI, and IT services professionally.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct lead qualification and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Respond to client queries and provide accurate service information.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process.
- Maintain professional communication with business owners and decision-makers.
CRM & Sales Operations
- Update CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets with lead information and follow-up status.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Track daily calling activities and lead progress.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly targets.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client follow-ups.
- Understanding of Client Relationship Management (CRM).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for business outreach is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Graduation in BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA (Marketing), MBA, or any related discipline.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship or project experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Support, or Client Acquisition will have an added advantage.
