Site Engineer – Cruise Construction Project

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day cruise construction activities at the project site
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, technicians, and project teams
- Ensure construction work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor structural, interior, electrical, plumbing, and marine-related works
- Maintain project schedules and report daily progress to management
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed at site
- Conduct inspections and resolve technical site issues
- Coordinate material requirements and site logistics
- Support installation and execution of cruise interiors and operational systems
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related Engineering field
- Experience in construction, marine, interior, or shipyard projects preferred
- Good knowledge of site supervision and project coordination
- Ability to manage workforce and contractors efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of marine or cruise-related construction projects
- Experience in project planning and execution
- Basic understanding of safety and quality procedures
Working Hours
- Flexible based on project requirements and site operations
Salary & Benefits
- Salary based on experience and project responsibilities
- Performance incentives may be provided based on project execution
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
