Part-Time / Contractual Faculty – Generative AI
Engagement Type: Part-Time | Contractual | Visiting Faculty / Industry Expert
Role Objective: The Faculty – Generative AI will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented, practical training on Generative AI concepts, tools, and applications, enabling learners to build job-ready skills aligned with current industry trends.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver theoretical and hands-on sessions on Generative AI concepts
- Train learners on tools and frameworks such as:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- Chatbots and AI Assistants
- Generative AI with Python
- APIs (OpenAI / similar platforms)
Design and deliver:
- Practical labs
- Mini projects / Capstone projects
- Use-case driven demonstrations
Assist learners with:
- Project mentoring
- Doubt clearing sessions
- Career guidance (where applicable)
Evaluate learners through:
- Assignments
- Projects
- Assessments / Viva
Maintain:
- Session plans
- Attendance records
- Training reports (as required)
- Coordinate with the academic / training team for smooth program delivery
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple language
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Passion for teaching and upskilling learners
- Comfortable working in a contractual, performance-driven environment
Remuneration:
- Compensation will be on a per-hour / per-module / per-batch basis
- Payment terms as per institute policy and mutual agreement
- Applicable statutory deductions, if any, as per law
Terms of Engagement:
- This is a contractual and non-permanent engagement
- No employer–employee relationship shall be implied
- Faculty must maintain confidentiality of course content, student data, and institute IP
- Institute reserves the right to terminate the engagement with prior notice, as per agreement terms
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: Up to ₹200.00 per hour
